The 2018 Joint Summit will be held at the B Resort located at 1905 Hotel Plaza Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. A block of rooms is available for participants who wish to stay over. Important Message Regarding Hotel Bookings: It has been brought to our attention that third party hotel and travel companies have contacted attendees claiming to be the housing coordinator for SWANA/RFT. We have no affiliation with these third-party housing coordinators. Hotel reservations should only be secured directly with the B Resort and Spa online or by calling (407) 828-2828. The B Resort and Spa will not make unsolicited contact with attendees to secure hotel reservations.
Refund Policy: Refunds, less $25 processing fee, will be issues upon receipt of written request by January 5, 2018. Due to meal guarantees, no refunds will be issued after January 6, 2018, and we will invoice for no-shows who do not cancel by January 5, 2018.
