Its full single stream CP Manufacturing processing line can sort 15 tons of recycled materials per hour. The facility features a 3\,000-ton tipping floor\, an outbound residue loading area\, an inner and outer scale\, and an optical sorter that quickly and efficiently separates plastic water bottles from other materials. The facility is staffed by more than 30 employees and is open for shipping and receiving materials from 8 am – 4 pm\, Monday – Friday\, with processing hours extending from 6 am – midnight.
