When they are manufactured\, they will be sent to the county tax collector offices and will be distributed to the license plate agencies in their county. \n\n\nAt the end of the 2-year period\, if the organization has not met the 3\,000 pre-sale vouchers the department will discontinue the specialty license plate voucher and it will no longer be available for sale.
