Welcome Keynote Address
Bob Rosinsky

President and CEO of Goodwill Manasota, Bob Rosinsky is a 42-year veteran of Goodwill. During his multi-generational career, Bob has seen thousands of lives that have been changed as a result of Goodwill programs. President of the Florida Goodwill’s Association, he is especially proud of the sustainable business model developed by Goodwill more than 113 years ago, founded on the principle of “Not Charity but a Chance”.

Goodwill Manasota has been an innovative, bench marking organization since it’s’ inception in the early ‘80s. The Attachment-1mission of Goodwill is “Changing Lives through the Power of Work,” and that mission is accomplished through a network of Good Neighbor Centers in Sarasota, Manatee, Hardee and DeSoto counties and our Mission Development Services (MDS) around North America. Goodwill has provided opportunities through such programs as Donated Goods Employment Services, Job Connection, Veterans Services Program, JobsPlus, Supported JobsPlus, GoodwillWorks, White Glove Services, Good Neighbor Program and Ambassadors Program. With Bob’s leadership, in 2014, Goodwill Manasota served more than 16,000 people, placed 680 people in jobs and assisted 520 veterans as they reintegrated back into the civilian workforce. Goodwill is one of the pioneers of the reduce-reuse-recycle movement and this past year diverted 39 million pounds out of the landfill. In 2014, Goodwill Manasota’s economic impact is worth $81.3 million. When he’s not busy helping improving the lives of others professionally, Rosinsky lives up to the nickname his son Robert bestowed upon him – “Nature Bob” – participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, scuba diving, fishing, bird watching and tennis.

Join us on Monday, June 8th to welcoming Bob to our 2015 Annual Conference and Exhibition.
