Hear from Encina and their mission to gain plastics #3 – #7 at the rate of approximately 250,00 tons per year for the production of renewable chemicals, primarily BTX from waste plastics. Listen to Brightmark on their ability to take 1.2 billion tons of mixed plastics #1 – #7 including film and rigids at their advanced plastics renewal facilities in their quests to convert mixed plastic waste into useful products. Don’t miss Illinois Clean Fuels as they share their need of approximately 5.8 million tons per year of MSW to produce synthetic jet fuel, and how they plan to integrate carbon capture and storage to eliminate the climate impact of both MSW treatment, and jet fuel production and use.
