Virtual exhibit booth reservations – $250.00

Virtual exhibit booths are available at the attractive rate of $250.00. The following benefits are included in your virtual exhibit registration:

1. Online presence on RFT website.
2. A dedicated page that list information about your products, services, contact information, and other pertinent information you would like to share.
   1. Your page may have a directive to encourage visitors to complete an action to find out more about you. Participates may record their findings in virtual scavenger hunt for each exhibitor.
   2. All completed surveys from the scavenger hunt will be entered into a drawing. Winners will be announced for drawings during the live webinars in September.
   3. Winners may receive prizes via email or mail.
3. Exhibitors will receive contact information of event and those who completed the scavenger hunt as a continued networking tool. *List will not include those who opt out.
4. Exhibitors who elect to sponsor a prize will be given 30 seconds to congratulate the winner and notify the audience of their support of RFT through their virtual exhibit space and a share about their company (one line share).
5. Virtual exhibit hall will remain available on the RFT website until December 31, 2020.
