Who Should Attend?

Who should attend: Environmental professionals from Local and State Governments, Private and Non-Profit Sectors, Program Managers, Recycling Coordinators, Directors, Managers, Consultants, Regulators, and those interested in the business and development of the recycling industry.

What does your registration include?

Registration includes: conference credentials, access to educational sessions, the exhibit hall and networking functions.

Networking breaks include: Continental breakfast, one (1) refreshment break, one (1) evening reception, one (1) luncheon, and one (1) networking dinner. *Those who register at the non-member rate will receive membership to Recycle Florida Today, Inc. for the remainder of the year. Memberships expire on December 31st of each year. Registrants may also participate virtually.

Exhibit booth reservations –
8 x 8 booths are available at the member rate of $865.00 and $965.00 for non-members. Exhibit booth reservations include one (1) complimentary conference registration that includes credentials to attendee activities. Session Sponsorship Rates and Benefits:

$400 for RFT Members, Annual Sponsors, and Event Sponsors
$600 for Non-Members

• Featured slide at the start of the session.  The session slide will be presented as “sponsored in part by” and presented at the conference at the start of your sponsored session.  The slide must be presented prior and approved by RFT.  The slide may contain your organizations logo, contact information, and an up to five-line statement about your organization that will be read to the audience.  *If you have a representative registered for the conference, that representative may present the slide and read the five-line statement.
• Business card or flyer placed at the attending seating on the day of their session.  *Sponsoring organization must print and provide the flyer or business card to RFT at the conference on Sunday, June 21st.  *Flyer or business card must be preapproved by RFT.
• Included in the conference app as a session sponsor.
• Your organizations name included on the virtual conference agenda as “This session is sponsored in part by.”
• Inclusion on event sponsor email.
